20 MIN BELLY FAT BURN – KIDS EXERCISE AT HOME

Today we have a HIIT workout for our little ones – a high intensity interval training that will make them spend a lot of energy, burn calories and fat, and build muscle mass all over their bellies!!

For the next 20 minutes, kids will work with their abs to burn fat and get their muscles stronger. With stronger muscles kids will become healthier. The amazing thing is: they won’t even notice time passing because they’ll be having so much fun with these exercises!!!
