This is a full-body workout including 20 minutes of cardio (with some intervals), 9 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of balance exercises and 5 minutes of stretching. This is a little bit more challenging than some of my beginner workouts but as always, go at your own pace and take breaks when you need them. As always, this is low impact. Please use your judgment on when to modify exercises. If you feel a move isn’t good for you, please change the exercise to a move that is more suitable for you. You can walk in the comfort of your own home with this workout:)
