It’s actually an easy concept.. Simply make every movement you do in the gym harder. The problem is that it’s different for every exercise you do. For some you have to change the way you do the exercise to make sure the muscle you’re targeting isn’t getting a moment to relax. Other times it’s a matter of hitting a muscle for every possible angle, I’m sure like me you take for granted how many degrees you’re able to adjust the incline bench to and rarely every go past 45 degrees but the moment you do that upper chest will really start to grow. Finally, sometimes it’s a matter of making. an exercise more dynamic like the one arm row. Most people keep everything in the sagittal plane but the moment you start to work in the transverse plane you’ll put an extreme stretch on those lats and really get them GROWING!
