Fixing Low Back Pain when Squatting (A POWERLIFTER’S STORY!)

Daniel came to me with a back injury that started while lifting heavy at a meet and continued to get worse over time. Today’s video takes you behind the scenes of our evaluation and rehab process to get out of pain and back to lifting heavy again.
