Kinesiology tape can be used to small treat injuries whilst you’re on the go. Garmin-Sharp chiropractor Matt Rabin showed us how to treat lower back pain.

If you have slight lower back pain, you can try using kinesiology tape (Rock Tape in this case) to treat and support your back. If you’re in serious pain or if you’re worried that you’re doing any damage, then it’s time for a trip to the physiotherapist.
If you think that the injury is only a slight tweak and that you’ll be able to continue training, then using a bit of rock tape or kinesiology can help get you through a training session or race.
