Low Back and Period Pain Stretches ▶️[PLEASE CLICK “SHOW MORE” 👇]

Hello, my friends! In this gentle 25-minute routine you’ll gently mobilize and stretch your body to relieve cramps, low back pain, and PMS symptoms associated with your menstrual cycle.

Even if you’re not menstruating, this is a really nice stretch break for anyone with back pain, or pelvic pain and tension.

No equipment needed, although if you have pillows or yoga blocks nearby, keep them handy just in case.

Enjoy your weekly dose of Shine! ~Dr. Bri, PT, DPT
