Returns / Cancelled Orders
Crosslinks' Return Policy is simple and hassle free! We will accept returns for any reason on brand NEW and UNUSED items within 30 days of receipt.For wrong orders, damaged or defective items, we must be contacted within 3 business days of receiving item.

All customers MUST contact us via email or phone within 30 days of receipt. All returns require an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Returns without an RMA number will NOT be processed.2. Ship the product back to Crosslinks Enterprises. Item(s) must be returned to our facility with all original packaging and accessories (along with the RMA) at the buyers shipping expense. Upon receiving the returned item and completions of our inspection, a (full or partial) refund or replacement will be processed.
3. Our returns team will quickly ship the replacement or refund your payment Crosslinks strives to maintain a goal of 24 hours service for all replacements and/or refunds. You will receive an email when the return is processed to notify you of your replacement tracking number or refund.
