This is our list about the best mattress for back pain. To be clear, we are not doctors and this video is not an offering of health advice. We are trying to be helpful and to align you with the right mattress for your back problems. Each of these beds should be good for a different aspect of back pain, whether it’s lower back pain or upper back pain—heck even middle back pain might be helped by the list we put together. Here’s an overview of all the beds.
Saatva: This is probably the best innerspring mattress for back pain online considering it’s technically the only innerspring bed you can buy since most other beds just have pocket coils. Regardless, we love the Saatva mattress and believe that it, and WinkBed, will be a tremendous option for certain people with back issues. For instance, we do think the back support is sufficient and that side sleepers with lower back pain might really like the Plush Soft option or the Luxury Firm.
Casper Wave: If you’re a person deal with upper back pain, Casper Wave is design with you in mind. In face, there’s a chance that it will help those with lower back and hip pain as well since it has the upgraded Zoned Support design. This is a foam mattress, but also a hybrid mattress and it’s the luxury option from Casper. Whether you’re a side sleepers with low back pain or an individual that has persistent upper back pain or shoulder pain, Casper Wave has a chance to help you out.
Purple: For side sleepers with low back pain, Purple is worth investigating further. It has a proprietary material on top that’s also great for hot sleepers. The bed itself is sort of firm and soft at the same time. In general, though, we do think side sleepers will like this bed in a box mattress.
DreamCloud: If you’re looking for the best memory foam mattress for back pain sufferers, DreamCloud should be considered. It has pocket coils on the bottom and memory foam on top.
Plank: For those of you that want the best firm mattress for back pain, we do love the Plank mattress from Brooklyn Bedding. This is an online mattress in box that’s double sided. It has a firm side and a medium firm side. This is a good mattress for stomach sleepers with back pain and back sleepers.
Avocado: If you want the best mattress for a lower back pain sufferer, we recommend that you learn more about the Avocado mattress. It is a firm mattress that uses springs and latex foam. It’s actually a natural and organic mattress that offers a lot of back support.
